            <p>James Fitz-James Fullington (1921-1973) was a professor of English at Ohio State University. He served in the military, stationed in France, during WWI.</p>
        </bioghist>

            <head>Scope and Contents</head>
            <p>The James F. Fullington Papers contain personal items, including various military honors related to his service as an ambulance driver in World War I, of James F. Fullington. Artifacts include a Croix de Guerre medal given to him by the French government, a Field Service medal from the U.S., a Red Cross armband, his identification tags, and various jacket pins. Also included is correspondence related to OSU Development's James F. Fullington Memorial Fund, created after the death of Fullington's wife, Emma.</p>
