 Biographical Note

Albert H. Soloway (1925-) was a professor of medicinal chemistry at Ohio State University. He was appointed dean of the College of Pharmacy in 1977.

 Scope and Contents

The Albert Soloway Oral History Transcript and Audiocassette Recordings contains an oral history interview transcript and audiocassettes of Dr. Albert H. Soloway conducted by Virginia Hall on June 14, 2002. Discussion topics include Soloway's time as Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Ohio State University, changes in education for pharmacists, the "corporatization" of higher education, and changes in faculty-student relationships.
