 Biographical Note

As of 2017, Mac Arthur Stewart (1942-) is a professor emeritus of human ecology and education at Ohio State University. He served as assistant dean for the Developmental Education program at Ohio State University, dean of University College, associate provost for undergraduate studies, and vice provost for minority affairs.

 Scope and Contents

The Mac Stewart Oral History Transcript and Audiocassette Recordings contains a transcript and audiocassettes of an oral history of Mac Stewart conducted by Fred Roecker on June 24, 2002. Interview discussion topics include Dr. Stewart's career at Ohio State University, particularly his work at University College, of which he served as dean from 1990 to 2001.
