Mary Eloise Green (1903-2005) was a professor in the Department of Human Nutrition at Ohio State University.
The Mary Eloise Green Oral History Transcript and Audiocassette Recordings contain a transcript and audiocassettes of an oral history interview with Mary Green conducted by Fern Hunt on February 12, 2002. Interview discussion topics include recollections of Green's student days at Ohio State in the early 1920s, the changes that took place over time in the School of Home Economics, and the rapid changes in food science during her career.
