William B. Coulter (1928-) served as director of the Inter-University Council of Ohio and became the chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents in 1984.
The William B. Coulter Papers contain audiocassette recordings, a transcript, and an outline of an oral history interview conducted by R. McGary and J.F. Luchsinger. Topics in the interview include the Ohio Board of Regents, Coulter's administrative career, the Inter-University Council, and events and personalities in Ohio higher education.
