The Ohio State University, Committee on Public Relations Report is a single report, dated circa 1952, outlining the Committee's background, their findings and criticisms on Ohio State University's current public relations policies, and the final recommendations for improving the University's public image.</abstract>

            <head>Historical Note</head>
            <p>The Ohio State University Committee on Public Relations was appointed January 10, 1952, by Ohio State University President Howard Bevis, "to study the entire problem of relations between the University and the public, with a view to the establishment of a long-range program" to "acquaint the public with the aims, methods, and functions of the University." The committee met in the winter and spring quarters of 1952, and produced a report outlining suggested improvements the University could make in public relations.</p>

            <p>The Ohio State University, Committee on Public Relations Report is a single report outlining the Committee's background, their findings and criticisms on Ohio State University's current public relations policies, long-range planning suggestions, and other recommendations for improving the University's public image. It also contains minutes from the Faculty Council and Board of Trustees involving the Committee's work. The report is dated circa 1952.</p>
