Historical Note

In 1962 the Ohio State University Department of Agricultural Education established the Curriculum Materials Service to gather and distribute curriculum materials to Ohio agricultural teachers. New materials were also developed and published by the service, such as textbooks, reference aids, handbooks, and other instructional materials, including audiovisual items. Later known by the name, "Ohio Agricultural Education Curriculum Materials Service", it was distributing material as late as 2003.
