She wrote sheet music in collaboration with her friend, cartoonist Edwina Dumm, who illustrated the pages, often with her character Tippie the dog. The Helen Thomas Papers contains music manuscripts, scripts, and notes composed by Helen, as well as correspondence, press comments, and an interview transcript. Materials are dated circa 1944-1963.</abstract>
