Marcel Marceau was a French actor and mime, active from 1946 until his death in 2007. He was a resident in the Department of Theatre at Ohio State University in 1995, 1998 and 2001. In 1999, Marceau was awarded an honorary doctorate from Ohio State University and WBNS-TV Channel 10 produced and aired a documentary, including footage captured during Marceau's earlier visits to campus, called "The Maestro of Mime". WBNS-TV "Maestro of Mime" Project Recordings contains 7 videocassettes with recordings of the documentary created by Channel 10.</abstract>
