 Biographical Note

Leonard James Moffatt (1923-2010), also known as Len Moffatt, was the creator of science fiction poetry, plays, operas, and zines including Moonshine zine. Moonshine zine was a fanzine published by Moffatt starting in 1942.

 Scope and Contents

The Moonshine Zine contains issue numbers 4 through 18. Materials are dated 1946-1950. The content created by Moffatt for the zine includes science fiction short stories, poetry, and drawings about monsters, aliens, experiments, music, and space travel.
