During the 1950s, there were multiple photography and camera clubs across the state of Ohio, including the Central Ohio Camera Club. The Central Ohio Camera Club existed as a nonprofit organization located in Columbus, Ohio from the 1950s until the 1970s and coordinated photography exhibitions and contests in central Ohio.
The Central Ohio Camera Club "Exhibition of Photography" Pamphlet contains a catalog of entries of the winners, honorable mentions, and accepted prints from an exhibition exhibition put on by the Central Ohio Camera Club at the Columbus Gallery of Fine Arts from January 15 - February 7, 1954. The catalog provides information about each individual that entered, including their name, location, and the title of their photograph.
