While working for Herbert Rimpl’s architectural firm from 1938 to 1941, Hebebrand contributed to the firm’s work on Hermann Goering-Stadt in Salzgitter, Germany. The Werner Hebebrand Plans and Drawings for Unbuilt “Werkskrankenhaus der H.G.W. in der Hermann Goering-Stadt” (Salzgitter, Germany) include architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and photographs of architectural model overviews. Materials date from 1942, with a note on the provenance of the materials added by a historian in the later twentieth century.</abstract>

            <p>Werner Hebebrand (1899-1966) was a German architect and city planner. While working for Herbert Rimpl’s architectural firm from 1938 to 1941, Hebebrand contributed to the firm’s work on Hermann Goering-Stadt, a city which was designed to provide housing for workers at the Hermann Goering Werke Steelworks in Salzgitter, Germany.</p>

            <head>Scope and Contents</head>
            <p>The Werner Hebebrand Plans and Drawings for Unbuilt “Werkskrankenhaus der H.G.W. in der Hermann Goering-Stadt” (Salzgitter, Germany) consists of architectural records created by Hebebrand during his work at the architectural firm of Herbert Rimpl. The records include architectural drawings, floor plans, architectural elevations, and photographs of architectural model overviews, and were bound together in 1942.</p>
            <p>A note about the provenance of the records was added to the flyleaf by Walter Kresse, a historian from Salzgitter-Lebenstedt, in the late twentieth century.</p>
