            <head>Biographical Note</head>
            <p>As of 2018, Kommissar Hjuler is a German artist, filmmaker, and sound recordist in the field of post-industrial music, neo-dada, and art brut. Hjuler was born Detlev Hjuler in 1967. He began creating music in 1999, and began creating visual art in 2006. Hjuler frequently collaborates with his wife, "Mama Baer," whose birth name is Andrea Katharina Ingeborg Göthling. Hjuler has performed his music at various festivals, including the "Colour Out of Space Festival" and the Brighton Festival, and has also exhibited his art at various locations, including the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London. In 2010, he was awarded an International Artists' Prize by 
                <emph render="italic">Kleine Zeitung</emph>, an Austrian newspaper.</p>
