Smillie and Bean was a law practice in Norristown, Pennsylvannia in the 1940s. They handled cases like Carmella Wilson's. Wilson was the wife of soldier seeking a military family allowance. Smillie and Bean's law practice remained open until at least 1946. It appears to have closed sometime after this date.
