Her art, primarily paintings, sculptures, and collages, was often created from found and repurposed materials. The Birdie Lusch Papers contains 33 scrapbooks of collages made from newspaper and magazine clippings, photographs of Lusch and her art in her home, a scrapbook of biographical material, articles about Lusch's work, correspondence from Lusch, and 11 audiocassettes with recordings of interviews conducted by Mark Gildav. Materials are dated circa 1960s-1993.</abstract>

Lusch's art, primarily paintings, sculptures, and collages, was often created from found and repurposed materials.</p>

            <p>The Birdie Lusch Papers contains 33 scrapbooks of collages made from newspaper and magazine clippings from circa 1960s through 1980s. Also included are photographs of Lusch and her art in her home, a scrapbook of biographical material, articles about Lusch's work, correspondence from Lusch, and 11 audiocassettes with recordings of interviews conducted by Mark Gildav between 1976 and 1987. The collection is dated circa 1960s-1993.</p>
