As of 2018, David Seaman is a Letterist and Concrete poet who has participated in Lettrist shows since 1982. He is a scholar of avant-garde poetry and has published numerous books and articles on Lettrism. He is a faculty member in the College of Arts and Humanities in the Department of Foreign Languages at Georgia Southern University.</abstract>

He is a scholar of avant-garde poetry and has published numerous books and articles on Lettrism. Seaman has degrees from the College of Wooster and Stanford University. He is a faculty member in the College of Arts and Humanities in the Department of Foreign Languages at Georgia Southern University.</p>
