 Biographical Note

As of 2022, David Baratier is an American poet and publisher who was born in Schenectady, New York, in 1970. He is the owner and editor of Pavement Saw Press, a poetry-only publisher of full length poetry books and chapbooks based in Montpelier, Ohio. Pavement Saw Press was founded in 1993 in Columbus, and in 1998 it began receiving funding from the Ohio Arts Council. It is unclear when Baratier and Pavement Saw Press moved to Montpelier.
