Carol Rausch Schick earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (1976) and Master of Science in Nursing (1980) from The Ohio State University. She also obtained certifications in childbirth education, diabetes education, and ambulatory woman’s health. Her professional memberships include the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, American Nurses Association, Ohio Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau, and The Ohio State University Alumni Association. During the course of her career, Schick was employed by Doctor’s Hospital West, the American Red Cross, Franklinton Health Center, St. Ann’s Hospital, and The Ohio State University Medical Center.
