R. Wynne Simpkins earned their Associate Degree in Applied Science in Nursing from Sinclair Community College in 1977, their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 1989 and Master of Science from Wright State University in 1992. During their career Simpkins has worked as a self-employed consultant, nursing instructor and administrator for professional nursing organizations.
