Joyce Cox is a nurse and business professional. Cox earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in 1987 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 1998 from Case Western Reserve University. In 2013 she obtained her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
