Christine Frank-Scott is a registered nurse and attorney. She earned her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in 1990 and her master’s in Healthcare Innovation from The Ohio State University College of Nursing in 2022. Frank-Scott obtained her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 2000.
