            <head>Biography</head>
            <p>Marie Diener Sinsabaugh attended The Ohio State University College (then School) of Nursing from 1945 to 1949. After completing her course, she married a medical student and worked as a staff nurse at Starling Loving Hospital while he finished medical school. After her husband’s residency, the couple opened a general practice in Newark, Ohio. Sinsabaugh worked as a nurse and the practice manager. In 1984 she began graduate school and earned a master’s degree in psychiatric nursing; then finished her nursing career working at the Ohio Department of Health as a nursing home surveyor.</p>

            <p>The collection is open to the public and is available for viewing in the Medical
                Heritage Center. Materials do not circulate and must be used in the supervised
                reading room. Restrictions, including copyright, may exist and some materials may be
                too fragile to photocopy or digitize. The MHC charges for duplication services,
                which must be performed by staff.
