Reed Fraley earned his Master of Science in Health Services Administration at The Ohio State University and his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy (West Point, NY). He joined Columbus Neighborhood Health Center (CNHC), Inc. in August 2012 as Associate Director. Before joining CNHC, Fraley was Senior Vice President at the Ohio Hospital Association (2004 – 2012) as well as serving 14 years as CEO of the Ohio State University (OSU) Health System and as Vice President for Health Services.
