Deborah Arms, PhD, RN, received three degrees from The Ohio State University: BSN in nursing in 1974; MS in nursing in 1976; and, PhD from the College of Human Ecology in 1987. Since 2008 Arms has been a faculty member at Wright State University.
Previous to this she worked as the Chief at the Ohio Department of Health, Division of Prevention.
