            <head>Biography</head>
            <p>Born in Athens, Ohio in 1872, William H. Henry was an 1896 Starling Medical College graduate. Henry started a general practice in 1896 in Mineral, Ohio, and later moved to Hamden, Ohio in 1900. He served as an Army Medical Officer during WWI, entering the service in 1917 at the age of 44. He was discharged from the Army in 1922 and served in the Army Reserves during WWII and, later, as an Army contract surgeon in Virginia. Henry also maintained a practice in Middleton, Ohio. Henry died on December 28, 1963 at the age of 91.</p>

            <p>The collection is open to the public and is available for viewing in the Medical
                Heritage Center. Materials do not circulate and must be used in the supervised
                reading room. Restrictions, including copyright, may exist and some materials may be
                too fragile to photocopy or digitize. The MHC charges for duplication services,
                which must be performed by staff.
