As of 2019, Dobrila Gajić Glišić is a Serbian artist and writer. Icons are religious works of art, generally a painting, that are part of the culture of the Orthodox and Catholic churches. They are generally small, but those displayed in churches and monasteries can be much larger. The Very Rev. Dr. Mateja Matejic (1924-2018) was the professor emeritus of Ohio State's Department of Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures, one of the founders of the Hilandar Research Project at The Ohio State University. Matejic was a writer, poet, scholar, and a Serbian Orthodox priest.
The Mateja Matejic Collection of Artwork by Dobrila Gajić Glišić contains two icons painted on board by Dobrila Gajić Glišić. One icon depicts Theotokos with Christ, the other icon depicts St. Panteleimon. Materials date 1997.
