The Norman Marsh Collection is arranged into four series. Series I contains newspaper clippings of Danny Hale comic strips in addition to some promotional materials. Series II, Hunter Keene, contains proof sheets and a tear sheet for the strip along with and promotional poster. Series III contains clippings of the strip Dan Dunn Secret Operative 48. Series IV includes biographical clippings and photograph of Marsh with an airplane.

Norman Marsh created and wrote the comic strips Dan Dunn Secret Operative 48, Hunter Keene, and Danny Hale, later changed to Dan'l Hale.

The Norman Marsh Collection of Dan Dunn Secret Operative 48, Hunter Keene, and Danny Hale Tearsheets and Proofs contains newspaper clippings, proof sheets, tear sheets, and photocopies of the comic strips Dan Dunn Secret Operative 48, Hunter Keene, and Danny Hale in addition to biographical information on creator, Norman Marsh. The collection mostly contains newspaper clippings of Danny Hale strips from 1947-1962.
