            <p>This collection contains tearsheets and documents from American cartoonist, Hugh Hutton. Best known for his editorial cartoons, Hugh Hutton was an editorial cartoonist for The Philadelphia Inquirer for 35 years. Hutton also worked for The St. Paul Pioneer Press and the United Features Syndicate in New York City.</p>
