Library Group Study Room Policies

1. Groups may reserve rooms for up to 4 hours, 1-7 days in advance using the online reservation system.

• Only one room reservation per group is permitted per day.
• A group that is more than 15 minutes late forfeits the reservation.
• No same-day, in-person, or phone reservations will be accepted.
• Unscheduled times are available for walk-in use.

2. Priority for using the group study rooms goes to:

(1) Groups with reservations
(2) Groups without reservations
(3) Individuals

Please be prepared to vacate for the next scheduled reservation. Individuals should be prepared to vacate for a group.

3. Do not leave personal belongings unattended. This does not reserve the study room and can pose a security risk.

4. Although the group study room is a more private space, walls are thin. Please keep the noise down so as not to disturb others.

5. Ask at the circulation desk for remote controls for monitors and DVD/VCRs, video cables to connect your laptop to the monitor, and extra dry-erase markers and erasers.

6. All food and drink must be cleaned up when you leave. Please dispose of food waste outside the library.

7. You may be asked to vacate the room immediately at the discretion of Library staff or security.
