This event is the second in a series of three webinars devoted to the drag king scene in Columbus, Ohio. In this installment, Curator Beth Kattelman of the Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee Theatre Research Institute will moderate a discussion with Luster Singleton, one of the founders of the H.I.S. Kings drag troupe, and members of the Kings' Court, a group of "super-fans" that followed and supported the organization. The Court's history and the importance of drag king fan culture will be highlighted.

This virtual program will include automated captioning. If you require accommodation such as live captioning or interpretation to participate in this event, please email libevents@osu.edu as soon as possible. Requests made at least one week prior to the event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
