Summary	Thimble Theatre: It is the New Year and Mr. Lott tells Castor to swear off bragging for the New Year. He tells Castor he knows one thing he can't do is capture a wild whoofle hen. Castor walks away and sees a hen and tries to catch it. It keeps getting away. He gets a mirror, the hen looks in the mirror and sees Castor, turns around to run and runs right into Castor. He takes the whoofle hen to Mr. Lott who is shocked. Sappo: John calls Gus and tells him he might not make it to the poker party tonight. He thinks every time he stays out late Myrtle throws a rolling pin at him. She sometime misses though. Myrtle comes running in and shows John she attached a feather to the end of the rolling pin. It makes it go straight. John calls Gus and tells him no.
