Description
- Summary
- After an unsuccessful attempt with a loan officer, Blooper asks his father for an advance on his allowance. His father acquiesces despite voicing concerns about going to the poor house over his sons. Blooper states he is responsible with his money as opposed to Fred who spends his money on "women and horses." In the last frame, Blooper shows the father that Fred, hand-in-hand with a girl, is buying tickets for a merry-go-round.
