Summary	The Ambassador is in a meeting with a group of men. They need the Prime Minister's signature on a document and they give the document to the Ambassador to get the Prime Minister's signature. He arrives at the Prime Minister's house but is stopped because the Prime Minister can't be disturbed. In the last panel the Ambassador is sitting in the bathtub with the Prime Minister asking for his signature.
