Summary	Buddy and the lieutenant build a flying belt. Buddy tests it out and emerges from a cloud right in front of a TransPacific air liner and gets stuck on the nose. They bring him into the liner and he is given some dispatches to deliver to Buck Roger. He throws them out the air liner heading toward a spy submarine. Buddy jumps out and goes after the package using his flying belt. He gets it but wonders how he is going to make it to Mongolia.
