Summary	Someone left the gate open and Willie got out, so Mr. Scope goes out looking for her, whistling. He finds Willie sitting on the front steps of their home. He tells Willie she can't go out and mingle with ordinary mongrels. He tells Willie she smells like perfume. It's the good stuff too.
