Placing Materials on Course Reserve
PDF Form to Place Materials on Reserve (8 Items)
Please save the PDF to your desktop (don’t try and fill it out when still displayed in your browser), fill it out, and then either:
- Click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form which will seek out your default email program and automatically draft an email for you.
- Save the PDF and manually email the completed and saved form to asklibcirc@osu.edu
For any lists of items that you routinely place on reserve for the same class, feel free to simply save the PDF for submission in later semesters. Materials can be placed on reserve by OSU faculty, staff, graduate assistants, and lecturers for use during the current or upcoming semester.
Your reserves will be easily available at our Course Reserves Resources page, where you can monitor the progress of your request, check on the availability of materials, and share the list with your students.
