As of 2018, Delta Chi is a national social undergraduate fraternity with a chapter at Ohio State University. Founded in 1890 at Cornell University, Delta Chi was originally a fraternity for law students, but became a social fraternity in 1923. The Ohio State chapter was established at Ohio State University in 1902.
