    Biographical / Historical Note

    George Washington Baughman III (1937-2016) held several administrative positions at Ohio State University, including instructor in finance (1961-1963), research associate in the Office of the Controller (1964-1966), director of data processing (1964-1966, 1970-1972), and Director of Special Projects in the Office of the President (1972-1988). After retiring from OSU he worked as a consultant in software, technology, and finance.
