Abstract
The Heather Allen Oral History Transcript and Compact Disc Recording contains a printed transcript and audio recording of an oral history of Heather Allen, dated December 19, 2013. Heather Allen joined Ohio State University faculty in the Department of Chemistry in 2000.

Heather Allen discusses her academic career, the climate for women in the Department of Chemistry and later the merge with the Department of Biochemistry, mentors, her own mentoring, and how women and members of underrepresented groups are perceived by students.
