Abstract
The Emory Almy Agricultural Chemistry Course Materials contain the contents of two notebooks of course materials on dairy chemistry, created by Almy during his time teaching in the Department of Agricultural Chemistry at Ohio State University.

The Emory Almy Agricultural Chemistry Course Materials contain the two notebooks of course materials by Almy during his time teaching in the Department of Agricultural Chemistry. The notebooks are titled The Chemistry of Milk and Its Chief Constituents, 1937 and Physical Chemistry of Dairy Products, 1941.
