Abstract
The Thomas Celestine Holy Papers contain agendas, correspondence, minutes, course materials, a diary, and materials on the Thomas C. Holy Fellowship. Thomas Holy was head of the Survey Division and the director of the Bureau of Educational Research in the College of Education at Ohio State University.

Biographical / Historical Note
Thomas Celestine Holy (1887-1973) joined Ohio State University's faculty in 1927 as head of the Survey Division of the Bureau of Educational Research in the College of Education. He became the director of the Bureau of Educational Research in 1942 and served in that position until his retirement in 1951.
