Abstract
The Committee on Institutional Cooperation, later renamed the Big Ten Academic Alliance (or BTAA), is an academic cooperation organization that was established as the Big Ten’s academic equivalent in 1958. It remains active as of 2018. The Committee on Institutional Cooperation Records contain annual reports, reports and research abstracts dated 1969-1990.

Biographical / Historical Note
The Committee on Institutional Cooperation was established in 1958, and renamed the Big Ten Academic Alliance (or BTAA) in 2016. It is an academic cooperation organization that was created to serve as the Big Ten’s academic equivalent, and is governed by the university provosts of the fourteen different universities aligned with Big Ten Conference. BTAA remains active as of 2018.
