The collection also includes minutes, memos to the University Senate, a proposed policy on student access to materials submitted to meet course requirements, a proposed policy on faculty evaluations, and final reports on the repeal of tenure cases. The collection materials date from 1975 to 1978.

The Marcia Overbeck Kepley Scrapbook contains a scrapbook created by Marcia Overbeck Kepley, which contains articles concerning the 1938 Ohio State University football team, as well as letters between Kepley and Don Scott, who was a football player. The materials date from 1938 to 1941.

This collection contains a scrapbook created by Virginia Blackburn DeBarger, which contains photographs, newspaper clippings, programs, correspondence, and tickets. The scrapbook also contains materials concerning student theater, including Scarlet Mask.

The David Hopcraft Oral History Transcript and Compact Disc Recording contains a compact disc recording and a transcript for an oral history with Hopcraft conducted by Tamar Chute on June 22, 2010. In the oral history, Hopcraft discusses covering the 1970 student riots at Ohio State University as a reporter for The Cleveland Plain Dealer.

The Tom Simpson Oral History Transcript and Compact Disc Recording contains a transcript and compact disc recording of an oral history with Simpson conducted by Kevlin Haire on September 4, 2013. In the interview, Simpson describes various aspects of Ohio State University campus, including class size, buildings, and graduation. He also discusses various aspects of his life after he left Ohio State University.

The Pi Alpha Xi, Epsilon Chapter Records contain correspondence, minutes, national constitutions, by-laws, and other administrative records of the organization. An annual report and newsletter of the National Council for Therapy and Rehabilitation through Horticulture are also included. The collection material dates from 1929 to 1989.

The Ohio State University, Student Event Board Scrapbook contains a scrapbook comprised of clippings, posters, and membership lists, dated 1971. The scrapbook discusses the establishment of the Student Event Board as replacing the former "Traditions Board."

The Ohio State University, Students Inc. Records contain materials related to the management of the organization and its events and programs, including reports, financial records, rosters, and guidelines. Collection materials are dated 1899-1971.

The Ohio State University, Strollers Student Theatrics Records contain contracts, news clippings, programs, reports, rosters, a scrapbook, and other office files. These materials pertain to the management of Strollers Dramatic Society, as well as plays and musicals produced by the group. Collection materials are dated 1893-1983.

The John Farley Correspondence contains correspondence received by Farley in response to a survey he sent out to gather information for his dissertation on former Ohio State University Professor of Education, Alan Griffin.

The Gamma Sigma Delta, Ohio State University Chapter Records contain membership lists, constitutions, reports, minutes, initiation information, newsletters, correspondence, and other administrative files. Collection materials are dated 1905-1986.

The Fred C. Vogelsang Papers contain photographs, dance books, and publications concerning Phi Delta Theta and Camp Sherman. The materials date from 1913 to 1916.

The Elvin F. Donaldson Papers contains scrapbooks, transcribed interviews, songbooks, clippings, investing books and reports.

The Edwin C. Cotton Photographs and Clippings were compiled by Cotton and contain photographs, mainly of Field Days, and newspaper clippings, especially concerning Dr. Herbert Osborn who was a professor of zoology and entomology at Ohio State University.

The Vern Cahill Papers contain Cahill's course notes and papers he wrote as a student at Ohio State University and an oral history interview of Vern Cahill conducted by Robert Warmbrod. In the interview, Cahill discusses his time working in the Meats Laboratory of the Department of Animal Science at Ohio State University and how the laboratory's operations and the College of Agriculture changed over time.

The Paul Bierley Oral History Transcript contains the transcript for the Bierley's oral history done by the International Tuba-Euphonium Association at Indiana University.

The Chester D. Swaim Papers contain Swaim's course material from some of the electrical engineering and mechanical engineering classes he took at Ohio State University. The materials date from 1911 to 1914.

The Howard Duhamel Papers contain various biographical documents of Duhamel, such as certificates and graduation announcements.

The Martin W. Essex Papers contain plaques and awards awarded to Martin W. Essex by various educational and governmental entities, along with photographs of Martin and Blanche Essex; these items span the dates 1933 through 1990.

The Franklin F. Snyder Papers contain writings, correspondence, and reports from over the course of his career as an engineer, often relating to floods and water runoff.

The Quantitative Determination of Lead in Ores Theses by Edward Martin contains a handwritten copy of Edward Martin Bloom's undergraduate thesis, Quantitative Determination of Lead in Ores. This thesis discusses different ways of measuring the amount of lead in rocks, and deals with metallurgical engineering.

The Glenn E. and Virginia A. Spangler Papers contain reports, an application, and letters from their time as students at the Ohio State University.

The Robert Butche Papers contain files from Butche's school days at University School, booklets from the school, and a copy of his book, Growing Up in University School.

The Charles Bancroft Papers contain items from Charles Bancroft's time as a student at the Ohio State University, including his diploma and a photo album.

The Fred Machetanz Photographs and Postcards contain postcards and photographs showing images of Fred Machetanz's paintings. Machetanz sent the postcards to friends and family while living in Alaska over the course of almost fifty years. The paintings depict scenes from the Alaskan wilderness.

The Fred L. Junod Notebook consists of a notebook filled with Junod's notes on a veterinary physiology class he took in 1916.
