CarmenBooks

CarmenBooks Inclusive Access

The CarmenBooks program offers digital copies of selected textbooks and access to publisher homework systems at significantly reduced pricing.

CarmenBooks was first piloted at The Ohio State University in 2017 and has operated at scale since Autumn of 2019. In that time, it has delivered over 800,000 titles and saved students more than $44 million dollars.

With CarmenBooks, students can:

  • Save up to 80% off retail price for course materials
  • Access publisher homework systems at a significant discount
  • Access digital course materials directly through CarmenCanvas
  • Retain access to digital course materials while students at Ohio State

As an instructor, providing a lower cost and easily accessible option for your course materials helps set students up for success from Day 1 of the semester.
