Ohio State Head Coach Woody Hayes is carried off the field after a victory over Wisconsin in 1953. Hayes won five National Championships as the Buckeyes Head Coach and is enshrined in the College Football Hall of Fame.

More recently, Heisman Trophy winner Eddie George was enshrined in the College Football Hall of Fame. Ohio State has 37 players and coaches in the Hall of Fame.
