Submitted by Sarah Murphy:  On July 1, 2018, University Libraries will officially begin collecting Instruction, Programming, Workshop, Orientation, and Tour statistics using Springshare’s LibInsight product. The REACH database will be sunsetted at this time, and all REACH data from 2015 to present will be migrated to LibInsight.

LibInsight offers librarians and staff the ability to both input, as well as retrieve and edit your statistics in real time. LibInsight is also integrated into Springshare’s suite of services, which will allow everyone to use their one LibApps login to access LibInsight, LibAnswers, and LibGuides.

The LibInsight Implementation Team will be previewing LibInsight at the June 14 Faculty Meeting and will also be hosting a brown bag training session on the tool the week of June 18.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the upcoming changes and migration, please contact any member of the LibInsight Implementation Team, which includes Sarah Murphy (.465), Danny Dotson (.77), Lisa Iacobellis (.2), and Hanna Primeau (.8).
