The OSUL Services Hub (https://go.osu.edu/hub) provides a feature you might not have noticed before. By clicking on the My Requests tab, you can view your entire service request history, including both open and closed tickets. For each request, there are extensive details such as current status (open, awaiting information, in progress, etc.), who the request has been assigned to, when it was last updated, and its comment history.

If you have questions about a particular request, please either add a comment to the request directly through the My Requests page or contact the IT Service Desk directly.
