The Copyright Corner blog exists to provide information and updates on issues related to copyright and academic/research institutions. The Copyright Resources Center at OSU Libraries and the Health Sciences Copyright Coordinator support faculty, staff, and students by providing education and guidance on the application of copyright law to facilitate education, research, and patient care.

*New one-year pilot program: Beginning 9/1/2016, the Ohio State University Libraries and the Health Sciences Library will consolidate copyright services. Health sciences faculty, staff, and students may now direct all copyright questions and requests to the Copyright Resources Center (libcopyright@osu.edu).

We offer the following services:

  • Workshops
  • Customized Presentations
  • Consultations
  • Copyright Permission Requests Assistance
  • Assistance with Copyright Registration
  • Referral to Resources

For more information or to contact us with a question, visit our website at go.osu.edu/copyright, or email the  Copyright Resources Center or the Health Sciences Copyright Coordinator.

Staff at both offices do consultations, classes, presentations, and provide help with copyright permissions.
