The non-roman cataloging section is run by a cataloging librarian and two full time staff, with assistance of student staffers. The librarian is responsable for not only the productivity of non-roman cataloging workflow but also his own research and committee services. I've found usefulness in engaging some web 2.0 tools in managing all these activities.
