Setting up a Wiki account

In order to gain access to all the features of the OSU Libraries Wiki, you must first request an account.

1. On the main page, go to the link “Request an Account” in the left navigation bar. This link will redirect to you to another page.
2. You will be asked enter your name, email, a preferred username, and your affiliation to the library. Remember your username will be used to log into your Wiki account. It will also appear on all your entries and comments.
3. After you send the information it will be reviewed and you will later receive a confirmation email. The email will contain a link and temporary password to access the site. Once you log in, you may change your password and other settings by selecting the "preferences" link.
4. With your Wiki account you will able to edit and comment on the contents of the OSU Library Wiki. For basic help and tips on using Wikimedia, visit the following link: Wiki Help
